Polystyrene EPS cutter Tolino/RISI is a flexible Hot wire cutter for uncomplicated work, mostly helpful for smaller volume of orders or as a slave-device. Easy handling, immediately usable and due to the powerful transformer, polystyrene plates (EPS, XPS) can be cut accurate and dust-free. Usable as table top device or upright. Construction of polystyrene EPS cutter Tolino/RISI is made from stainless steel and are very durable and reliable. All components made by CNC machines. The angles of the bow and of the extra-long 1.000mm – straight edge are adjustable from 0 – 55° and 0 – 45° respectively.

The standard polystyrene EPS cutter Tolino/Risi model is available as a simple/classical hot wire cutting table without any accessories such as Stand base with Scaffold bracket.

Stand Base and Scaffold Bracket
If You want to increases the possibilities of Your Tolino/RISI polystyrene EPS cutter the Stand Base with Scaffold Bracket is simply irreplaceable. The Scaffold Bracket goes complete with Stand Base as one accessory, so polystyrene EPS cutter can be also replaced on building scaffold.
CUTTING WIRE
For polystyrene EPS cutter Tolino/RISI we use Nichrome – NiCr wire. We offer ready-made versions of the cutting wire with two lugs on the ends for easy and quick installation on the cutter. Cutting Wire for EPS cutter Tolino/RISI You can buy by the piece (1 pc) or in large amounts (1kit = 10pc). The cutting wire are always in stock and can be sent to the client immediately after the order confirmation.
